Challenge Round:

Athletes will go through various athletic components in an obstacle course format.  Components are designed to test competitors speed, strength, agility, endurance and so on.

The obstacle course is timed with deductions given at each station for failing to complete any component properly. There will be a male and female division.

*Components of the course vary at different events.

Competitors will do the course 2 times

The lower time will be taken

Physique Round: (For Challenge & Physique)

Athletes select their own suit for this round. They should pay attention to styles, colors, patterns and fits that flatter and accentuate their fit body and perhaps hide any flaws. Standard Outfits for REAL Challenge include, for women, high heels and a 2-piece swimsuit and for men, swimwear similar to the Model Categories (something that would look great on the beach). Whatever best displays their physique and body symmetry.

 

Competitors should adopt a relaxed stance in this division. Stay tight and maintain good posture, but do not appear as though you are flexing.

**Some events will hold REAL Deal Challenges with the Challenge Round only and some will hold both the Challenge and Physique Rounds. Please check with each event to see what is being offered.

REAL Deal Challenge Divisions:

* Experience: Men and Women compete separately.  With interest, we offer Masters and Teen Divisions.  Otherwise, there is just an Open Division

 

All REAL World Tour competitions follow the Drug Testing guidelines set out by the REAL World Tour to encourage a Natural stage and create an even playing field.
