Who:
Natural Female Bodybuilders, Figure competitors from other groups or
organizations, and any female athlete interested in presenting their
physique in a feminine and professional manner without performing a
routine.
The Look:
Competitors should display a muscular, defined physique with
symmetrical upper and lower body development. Physique should be
lean without excessive body fat. Significant muscular development is
allowed, but size should not be excessive. Muscle separation, and
visible ab development is expected in this division. Hard
conditioning is allowed, but competitors should not be excessively
dry or striated. Athletes should also pay attention to posture and
presentation.
Judging:
The athletes will be screened on or off stage. Athletes will enter
the designated area or stage for the Physique Screening Round where
they will be screened to determine if any competitors exhibit
obvious displays of banned substance use.
Posing: Figure competitors should be tight from head to toe, properly flexing all muscle groups and maintaining symmetry, while still displaying poise and stage presence. Posing should look effortless.

1 Round of Competition
1. Symmetry Round - Comparison (1/4 &/or 1/2 turn) in Two Piece
Competition Suit and Heels. This division is comparable to the
division known simply as Figure in other competitive organizations.
Athletes stand in a semi-relaxed stance (much more rigid than in a
model competition) and display their physique by way of quarter
and/or half turns. Turns are always performed to the right.
Side Stances: Please note that athletes can choose to face the
judges, however sometimes this can throw off symmetry. Practice what
is best for you.
Facing the Back of the Stage: Please make sure you practice and get
used to moving your hair as it will block the judges’ view of your
physique and count against you.
Competitors should also pay close attention to their presentation.
Choice of suits, hair, makeup, tan etc all play a part in what you
are judged on.
Figure-Physique Divisions: You may compete in as many divisions as
you fit.
Experience:
There is a 4-Level Tier System (Novice - Open - Advanced - Pro) for
all REAL World Tour competitions. Competitors are encouraged to take
a REAL Camp to learn the essentials of competing and to come to the
stage better prepared. Seasoned athletes are eligible to bypass
lower levels by submitting to the Approval Board, or applications to
the Judging Panel.
Height:
Athletes may be divided into height classes when there are at least
15 athletes in each class or at the discretion of the Head Judge.
Generally the cut off is 5'2" & under // over 5'2" to 5'6" // over
5'6". In an event where there is a big skew of athletes the height
cutoff may be altered to more evenly divide up the classes.
Age:
Athletes of all ages are welcome to compete in the experience class.
However, if you are 35 years or older you have the option to compete
in the Masters class if it’s offered at your show.
All REAL World Tour competitions follow the Drug Testing guidelines
set out by the REAL World Tour to encourage a Natural stage and
create an even playing field.
