  Jason C Powell
   Founder

 

 Jason’s background in fitness started at the   

 age of four when he began studying martial 

 arts under a mentor. While on his way to 

 becoming the world champion of K1 fighting,

 Jason graduated from high school by the age

 of 16, earned his first undergraduate degree

 by 18, 2 masters degrees by the age of 23

 and is currently a PhD candidate in Human

 Physiology.

 Upon completion of his service in the US Air 

 Force, Jason has gone on to own, develop 

 and run gyms overseas and in the U.S,

 developed Strength and Conditioning

 programs for elite NCAA programs and is a

 physical trainer for individuals and groups of all 

 walks of life and with every possible range of

 goals.

 Also, after his successful career as a martial  

 artist, Jason began competing as a 

 professional natural bodybuilder. Being alcohol and drug free his entire life and armed with all of the knowledge of the human body and kinetics, Jason went on to push his body to the limit to see what can be achieved naturally. Along the way, he has inspired, educated and motivated thousands of athletes, children and clients.

By combining his unique history and unprecedented experience with the mission of REAL, Jason brings a clear and concise direction to the future of REAL.

  Kai Powell
   Founder

 

 Kai possesses the same passion for the fitness

 industry as her counterpart. Her interest in 

 sports and fitness began during childhood and

 continued as she worked to become an All-

 American and Collegiate Coed cheerleading

 national champion with Florida Atlantic 

 University and an instructor and judge for the

 National Cheerleaders Association (NCA).

 While her love for fitness grew, it led to her 

 studies in Exercise Science & Physiology.

 

 After college, Kai continued with

 choreography, personal training and even had

 a tryout with the WWE (World Wrestling

 Entertainment)

 

 As an athlete, coach and  personal trainer, she has been able to teach, inspire and educate as well as touch many lives.
 

Through her efforts as an event promoter, many natural athletes are able to showcase

their hard work and dedication while entertaining and inspiring a large audience.

 

While coordinating with event sponsors, exhibitors and venues, Kai also goes the extra mile by working hand in hand with REAL's Director of Competitor Relations in assisting REAL competitors and the REAL community alike, as she feels it is the personal touch that is so vital to the success of REAL.

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and promotions, Kai brings a level of excitement, leadership and vision to REAL that will propel natural fitness into the limelight.
 

 Soolmaz Hosseini
   Director of Competitor Relations

 

 Soolmaz has truly built her life around fitness. 

 After leaving her job as the Assistant General 

 Manager for a major commercial gym, Soolmaz

 co-founded Brickhouse Fitness Miami, Inc.

 with her boyfriend and Professional REAL

 fitness model, Lucas G. Irwin. Since then,

 Soolmaz has been helping the Miami

 community get into the best shape and

 health of their lives while developing

 Brickhouse into one of Miami’s most

 recognizable names in fitness.
 In addition to the gym, Soolmaz is also the 

 co-founder of Unbreakable Gear and (her)

 cules apparel; two of the fastest growing

 brands in the fitness apparel industry.

 In 2009, Soolmaz decided to give the world 

 of physique competition a shot. She dove in

 with both feet and took first in her class and overall at a local Miami show and one of the Nation’s largest regional competitions.

Armed with a passion for intense training and a belief in the world of natural athletics, Soolmaz is here to help current and future competitors thrive in the world of REAL.
