Based in Houston, Texas, REAL (Real Entertainment Athletes Leaders) is the first natural physique and fitness organization to legitimize natural competition across a variety of sports with a heavy emphasis on community.  Using this platform, we will increase awareness of the importance of natural health and fitness and inspire the general public toward making healthy lifestyle choices.  To legitimize this platform, we seek broad appeal and overall community support through teaming with governmental, corporate, social, and similar health and wellness programs.

Natural

A key aspect of our mission, “natural” is defined as a sound diet and training regimen, followed by a clean and natural supplementation program, and never enhanced with pro hormones, steroids, or any other “performance enhancing” drug.

Camps, Seminars & Educational Outreach

This program is not only for our athletes and grooming them for their own professional careers, but educates the general public by focusing on the ages of about 10 to 50 on improving the overall quality of life, health, and fitness.

This is accomplished through participation in local and national health fairs, providing seminars, competitor camps, and speaking engagements, and through our social networking community.

Competitions

Using networks of national and international promoters, REAL holds events across the United States and around the world known as the “REAL World Tour"

REAL prides itself on offering categories and divisions of competition for EVERYONE.  REAL Beauty, Transformation Challenge, REAL Deal (obstacle course), Fitness Model, Muscle Model, Figure & Bodybuilding

Our events also offer other athletic competitions in order to offer the chance to showcase athletes of other sports such as cheerleading, dancing, strongman and more. These competitions will vary per event.

The REAL Spot (www.theREALspot.org) is a free, online social community created for all fitness-minded individuals.

REAL and approved content partners are major contributors of informational articles, blogs, and forum topics.  Members of The REAL Spot also have the ability to reply to or post their own blogs and forum topics in order to gain insight, view others’ opinions or get advice from the community
